This online workshop presents how to create a Batik art project on silk using dyes prepared from onion peels.
It includes a 28-page digital guide in PDF format, showing the “step by step”, with colourful photographs and explanatory texts.
The entire process is explained, from selecting and preparing the fabric to removing the wax, which is the final stage of the Batik technique.
Additionally, three Zoom classes are available to present videos and clarify any questions about the method.
In total, the content displayed is equivalent to 20 hours of face-to-face classes.
